OUTRIGGER Waikīkī Paradise Hotel

Yes the shower is tiny, but you know that going in. Great location, quick elevators, parking (at a fee), and everyone was nice. The rooms are clean. Only thing, beds/pillows are about 80% comfortable, definitely not the worst I had but not the best either. They're fine at first, but then it feels like you sink a little into a worn spot.

Great location right in Waikiki! Angie at the front desk was amazing and did a fantastic job — very friendly and helpful. However, parking at $50 per day is way too expensive. The gym is great and the pool is really nice as well. The cleaning staff was a bit annoying because every day between 8 and 9 AM they knocked on our door asking if they could clean, but then the actual cleaning happened about 2 hours later. Overall, a good hotel with a perfect location, but there’s room for improvement with parking costs and housekeeping organization.

Fantastic stay with our family of four for a week. Short walk to the beach, and being right around the corner from Target and the International Market was very convenient. Every interaction with staff was very pleasant, requests were handled promptly. The bathroom was a little cramped and awkward but nothing terrible, just a little inconvenient at times. I would definitely stay again. The pool area was lovely and never seemed too busy (end of Feb/beginning of March) and the gym was great.

Great stay here, the hotel was within walking distance to the beach, food spots and shopping. Plenty of ABC stores around and other little shops to buy souvenirs and Leonard’s was close by too which was a plus. I will say the bathroom and shower set up, at least in our room was not the best. The sink was super small and the shower set up was pretty tight but other then that everything else was great. Housekeeping cleaned up the room every day and made it good as new and Angie from the front desk was very hospitable and helpful when it came time for us to check out. We had a very nice stay and looking forward to coming back. Mahalo outrigger Waikiki paradise staff for your hospitality!

We stayed in #610 & its was fantastic! Love the carpet in the hallways & everything was clean & the room spacious. Cassandra was wonderful at reception & checked us in early which was much appreciated after a long day/flight. The only negative with our room was that the shower was a triangle & very small with the shower head in a corner that made it extremely hard to use as the water pressure was also not great. The pool area is lovely but pool very small. The gym was large & AC great. The location is fantastic with lots of shops/restaurants very close.

I had such a pleasure stay at Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel! The location is honestly unbeatable, everything is so convenient. There are tons of local stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and cute cafés just steps away, which made exploring Waikiki super easy and enjoyable. I loved being able to walk everywhere without needing transportation. The hotel room itself was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I wish could be improved is the soundproofing. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighboring rooms talking or doors opening and closing. It wasn’t a huge issue, but better noise insulation would definitely make the stay even more perfect. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and convenience, I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Great hotel. Lovely staff. rooms clean. bathroom in our room was some sort of small. My husband its a little big guys and was not too comfortable for him but its manageable. Love the fact that everything was with in walking distance. even the beach was just 3min away. very nice views of the city. definitely recommended

Really 4.5 stars. Only reason for the 1/2 off is that this is a renovated older hotel which has some quirks. Like the shower that's smaller than on a cruise ship makes you wonder who the heck designed this, I'm not a big guy but Everytime I lifted up my arms, I wacked the water controller..so irritating. The rooms itself were good sized, 4 of us stayed in 2 beds...made it work - even had a balcony but it was rainy and windy so wasn't used. The staff were super awesome... We first complained our air con wasn't working and also the carpet seemed wet as our socks were wet, the custodian took one look and verified our complaint and immediately said wee would get new rooms. We went down to their pizza restaurant to eat and when we finished, new room was ready for us and we just had to move our luggage. All good, location was amazing, you could walk everywhere....no worries. If you need to fill up your water bottle, there's a fill station by the parkade door lot and also in the gym.
